Partner With Us
As a collective, we seek to be in community with teachers, education leaders, researchers, educational organizations, and other thought partners in examining our experiences and perceptions–our ideologies–that impact the way we teach and lead. We explore ways to learn about the children in our learning spaces and to center their languages, multiple literacies, identities, and experiences in our classrooms and beyond.
Topics include culturally and linguistically sustaining pedagogies, translanguaging theory and pedagogy, anti-racist anti-bias (ABAR) education, social justice education, countering dominant narratives and growing counter-narrative perspectives, poetry study, language and identity study, bilingualism/multilingualism in education, and teaching and learning with emergent bilingual learners.
